Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our store to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please do not send packages back without this. Once your return has been approved, please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a refund* as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed or damaged and are in the same condition as when you received them.

Shipping and Handling is not refundable.

*Only items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a cash refund.

* There are no refunds or exchanges available for footwear or eyewear. This means all sales are final on these items. No exceptions.

* We typically process refunds and returns once a week. So if you have received authorization to return an item, please do not call us everyday to check the status of your return. We suggest that you use a delivery confirmation number (USPS) when you send back to us so that you can track the status. Once in our possession, your transaction will be processed in the order that it was received.

* "Free Shipping" only applies to the initial order and is not available for exchanges.

* All shipping fees are non-refundable.

* There is a 15% re-stocking fee for REFUSED items and/or items returned without an RA number.

*ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE SHIPPED WITH RECIEPT AND WITH TAGS.

*SALES ITEMS: ALL SALES FINAL
