At Mauve, customer service is our priority. If you have a question about a product or about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. If your question requires immediate service, please feel free to call us at 1-888-728-2220 x3. If we are unable to answer the phone when you call, be sure to leave a message with your order number and your phone number. We use a state-of-the-art message retrieval service that enables us to reply to phone messages via email. You may specify if you would like us to return the call, or email you as well (during your message). Additionally, if your question has to do with order status or shipping polices see "Shipping Policy" section on the homepage or call the store toll free at 1-888-728-2220 ext. 1.

General Use Agreement / Order Processing

Generally speaking, our orders are processed, packed and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) from receiving your order. We ship most orders U.S. Priority Mail, and all domestic (US) orders come with delivery confirmation. Once your order is sent out, you will be emailed a delivery confirmation (tracking) number to the email you provided us during checkout. This email will come from USPS.com, so please use a valid email address if you wish to receive your tracking info.

Our inventory is generally up-to-date, but every so often there are rare instances in which items that are purchased through our online store will be sold out and/or on backorder. In this event, a Mauve Customer Service representative will attempt to contact you via email or at the phone number you provided to let you know that this is the case. We regret that this sometimes happens. Typically we are able to re-stock items rather quickly if they are indeed sold out, but if - at our discretion - the customer wait time seems unreasonable, a cancellation/refund will gladly be processed or suggestions for a substitution order offered.

If we are unable to get in-touch with you regarding the availability of your purchase (if in-case it is sold out), we will refund your account (i.e., credit card, paypal, google checkout) in its entirety.

We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, delay or cease to make available any and/or all products or to cancel any order. If an order is canceled by Mauve, then the card used to complete the transaction will be reimbursed in full. If an order is cancelled without notice to the customer, or if there is any question regarding a refund, credit or a cancellation we suggest that you contact your card issuing bank or financial institution in order to check the status of any and all transactions.
